As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Impact team through defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Lead a building maintenance team to perform maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) in nature and civil assets for all station systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s)
• Perform repair, modification, preventive and corrective maintenance works, carry out equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement methods
• Monitor maintenance contractor’s quality, safety, performance and co-ordinate the C&R Works on site

• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level, or
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  
  

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered
• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required
• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
