This role is part of our Engineering Department who are focused on reassurance, keeping our people and our customer's safe, ensuring that in every aspect of our operation. we have industry leading performance and that our various fleet programmes are delivering to plan, budget and specification.
In this role, you will be supporting the compilation of acquisition, lease and sale contracts, to ensure they are cost-effective, deliverable and manageable by Engineering throughout the life of the aircraft. You are also responsible for maintaining leased aircraft in compliance with contractual requirements through aircraft audits and reports. Moreover, you are responsible for supporting other key stakeholders with activities such as drafting of RFP's and coordinating aircraft consignment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all Engineering commercial and contractual related activities associated with the acquisition through purchase or lease of new and used aircraft
- Coordinate all Engineering related activities and programmes associated with the lease returns, lease out, sales or disposals from our fleet
- Support different departments for the business case analysis to support the fleet evaluations and plans
- Ensure our aircraft on operational and finance leases are effectively managed in accordance with their respective lease agreements, including audits, reports etc
- Support the budget for aircraft lease returns and disposals

- Support technical issues related to contractal obligations of leases
- Typically 6 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and/or engineering
- Degree in Engineering / Aerospace Discipline
- Relevant experience of understanding and contributing to aircraft contracts
- Proven experience of achieving key milestones in projects and working with cross functional teams
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Maintenance Reapir Organizations (MROs) and leasing companies
- Strong in commercial and budget management experience is preferred
- Strong in communication, influencing and negotiation skills
- Drive for excellence
- Adaptable and responsive to change with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements across the department.
