Job summary:
We are looking for a full-time Trust Administrator to join our friendly international team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance, management and effective running their own portfolio of clients and their advisors, delivering an efficient, informed and personal service.
They will work closely with the senior management team to service the clients and where required will be actively involved in identifying their clients’ needs and anticipating commercial opportunities. They will also collaborate with other Group offices in delivering client service, particularly the BVI office.
Job Accountabilities:
- Day to day running of own portfolio of clients. Tasks will involve:
- Ensuring that statutory records are kept up-to-date and are accurately always maintained
- Performing annual reviews of all entities within own portfolio
- Liaison with respective departments regarding accounting and taxation issues
- Liaison with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing
- Monitor debt level to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Statutory work – ensuring that statutory records are kept up to date and are accurately maintained at all times
- Entering payments and identify receipts as required
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions of the Trustee / Board for routine matters
- Entity reviews – to assist with clearing any action points following the annual reviews
- General administrative tasks relating to the running of Trust and Company structures
- Ad hoc project work of a complex and non-complex nature
Minimum Education and Experience
- Ideally be educated to ‘A’ level and should hold a professional qualification relevant to this opening.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience trust and corporate services with a good working knowledge of both Hong Kong and the
- BVI legislation.
- Maintain evidence of continuing professional development and will take an active role in shaping their own development to stay relevant with the activities of the client base.

- Demonstrates knowledge of legal and regulatory framework operating in Hong Kong and other territories, including anti-money laundering provisions and has working knowledge of relevant fiduciary laws etc.

About The Opportunity
As the Product Manager in Compliance Product, you will own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, with a primary focus on building trust and enhancing user experience. You will own and improve high-impact user journeys that sit at the intersection of compliance, trust, and business growth. This role is focused on reducing friction in critical flows such as onboarding, identity verification, and account access, helping users get started quickly while ensuring we meet essential regulatory and risk requirements.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Compliance and operations team to design thoughtful, scalable experiences that are intuitive for users and operationally sound for the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong Product Management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and good user empathy. What You’ll Be Doing- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows, driving measurable improvements in conversion, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify friction points across the customer journey that stem from regulatory or risk controls, and reimagine those experiences to be more user-friendly while preserving integrity.
- Collaborate with Compliance, operations and business teams to understand policy and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to make informed product decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, balancing user experience, business needs, and regulatory obligations.
- Design and deliver product solutions that are audit-ready, transparent, and scalable.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fintech, platform, or highly regulated environment.
- Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset; you’ve designed seamless experiences in complex ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify user friction points.
- Experience working with or around regulatory/risk requirements, even if not directly responsible for compliance.

About The Opportunity
As the Product Manager in Compliance Product, you will own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, with a primary focus on building trust and enhancing user experience. You will own and improve high-impact user journeys that sit at the intersection of compliance, trust, and business growth. This role is focused on reducing friction in critical flows such as onboarding, identity verification, and account access, helping users get started quickly while ensuring we meet essential regulatory and risk requirements.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Compliance and operations team to design thoughtful, scalable experiences that are intuitive for users and operationally sound for the business. The ideal candidate should possess strong Product Management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and good user empathy. What You’ll Be Doing- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for user onboarding and verification flows, driving measurable improvements in conversion, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify friction points across the customer journey that stem from regulatory or risk controls, and reimagine those experiences to be more user-friendly while preserving integrity.
- Collaborate with Compliance, operations and business teams to understand policy and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Use data, research, and experimentation to make informed product decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, balancing user experience, business needs, and regulatory obligations.
- Design and deliver product solutions that are audit-ready, transparent, and scalable.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fintech, platform, or highly regulated environment.
- Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset; you’ve designed seamless experiences in complex ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify user friction points.
- Experience working with or around regulatory/risk requirements, even if not directly responsible for compliance.
- Ability to translate abstract requirements into elegant, actionable product solutions.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and balancing competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in navigating technical and regulatory discussions.
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks or data privacy requirements.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and experimentation frameworks.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
