Duties:

To assist the trust department in discharging the following duties:

  • Assist trust manager/ director in establishing complex trust, foundation, pension plan and EBT structures with underlying entities in different jurisdictions.
  • Ensure the accurate set-up of all new trust structures and the transfer-in of existing trust and company appointments.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of trust and company appointments, including the maintenance of trust files, company kits and banking and custody records.

  • Review of annual financial statements for all trust and company appointments where required.
  • Attending to auditors and following up on all queries until the audit is completed.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience gained in a trust company, background with a financial institution, legal or accounting firm also considered.
  • Familiarity with trust accounting/administration systems.
  • Experience in trust and corporate secretarial matters is a bonus.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Putonghua
  • Self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
