We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI Visual Designer to join our Integrations Team . You’ll be responsible for customizing partner storefronts and promo pages using internal design templates, ensuring high visual quality, brand consistency, and strong conversion performance across web and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Understanding & Planning
- Understand the integration type: new or existing partner.
- Clarify the scope by comparing the request to available templates and components.
- Define design deliverables: static layout or interactive; mobile-first or desktop-first.
- Estimate workload based on layout complexity and required asset preparation.
- Asset Sourcing & Processing
- Extract UI components from screenshots and videos (icons, buttons, cards, styles).
- Create custom decorative assets to match game aesthetics.
- UI Design & Conversion Thinking
- Match in-game visual style with precision (typography, spacing, logic).
- Build consistent layouts using minimal visual references.
- Apply conversion-focused design patterns (CTA contrast, urgency badges, visual rhythm).
- Reflect product logic, language, and game-specific UX in the interface.
- Modular Layouts & Iteration
- Design with templates and tokens in mind for future updates and localization.
- Deliver both desktop and mobile layouts that are structurally optimized, not duplicated.
- Maintain clean, organized, and versioned Figma files for developer handoff.
- Iterate quickly.
- Implementation & Teamwork
- Work closely with React developers for pixel-perfect translation of designs.
- Communicate risks, suggest optimizations, and balance visuals with performance needs.
- Share feedback with the broader design team and help improve templates and workflows.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing for web and mobile.
- Proficient in Figma (auto layout, variants, dev mode, design tokens).
- Strong sense of layout, visual rhythm, and UI detail.
- Experience working with component libraries and scalable design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX and design-for-conversion principles.
- Ability to design quickly and cleanly within visual/technical constraints.
- Fluent in English and confident in asynchronous communication.
- Interest in games, game marketing, or visual storytelling is a plus.

Role Overview

The Role
As a UI / UX Designer, you'll be an important part of the product team to help create motion experiences that engage and delight our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on visual craft with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging interface designs for motion games and experiences, spanning a variety of styles and age ranges. You'll collaborate closely with our creative and engineering teams to help create the look and feel of new digital products, from conception to execution.

- Maintain visual excellence: Uphold a high standard of craft and execution, delivering polished and professional designs in all projects.

The Role
As a UI / UX Designer, you'll be an important part of the product team to help create motion experiences that engage and delight our users. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on visual craft with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating engaging interface designs for motion games and experiences, spanning a variety of styles and age ranges. You'll collaborate closely with our creative and engineering teams to help create the look and feel of new digital products, from conception to execution.
What You'll Do
- Design visually compelling interfaces: Work with the team to create the look and feel of brand new motion-based family experiences that appeal to a broad audience, from children to parents, across a range of styles.
- Create UI assets for branded experiences: Design UI assets based on the guidelines of our brand partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the development team to ensure the quality of UI implementation.
- Maintain visual excellence: Uphold a high standard of craft and execution, delivering polished and professional designs in all projects.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design, with a focus on visually compelling and well-executed designs.
- Craft: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles and visual craftsmanship in general.
- Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience: 3+ years of design experience. Previous experience working in the video game industry is a plus, but not required.
