We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with a strong focus on project testing to support our ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications related to project testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate project deliverables.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify testing needs and establish testing schedules.
- Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors.

- Ability to anticipate project risks and put forth mitigation to address promptly and accordingly.
- Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders across all functional departments including Business and IT
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or BBA information systems or related disciplines
- Should have professional mindset in the whole testing procedure end-to-end
- Seasoned experience in consulting, business operation, or project management, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience of working in a banking or financial services environment on large complex change projects, particularly those implementing digital and other cutting edge tech solutions.
- Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams
- Ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive problem solving approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology
- Self-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervision

- Record and file all data and reports thoroughly
- Assist in ad-hoc activities or projects as tasked by R&D Manager in areas of testing, process flow enhancements etc.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Degree in Science / Manufacturing / Industrial / Quality Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a quality assurance related scope, preferably within the consumable/chemical industry
- Relevant experience with internal and product auditing process is preferred
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 / Six-Sigma / MBNQA will be an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills as a team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), showcasing strong language and writing skills
