This is CX (service design/ experience design) role. This role is not purely focusing on UI/UX.
UX is sub-set of CX, and UX will come in later after CX Service Designer shaped the journey design.
UI/UX task will be managed by another team and not the CX Designer.
This role focus on improving CX, the overall customer experience, the journey design.
Need to review on how to deal with customers as a whole, interacting with customers online (website/mobile app) and offline (such as seminar).
Focus on customer journey. Define key journey for the program, interaction with customers to identify solution, business opportunities and to achieve business goals.
Focus on engagement program – bring health proposition to our customers to tell them the importance of health, and how to support our customers via loyalty program under health domain.

- 8 years work experience in running strategic design,
Service Design

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Key requirements:

- Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains.
- Experience with Qualitative and user-centered design methods (individual and group interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.).
- Experience with Quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, crosstabs, statistical concepts, etc.).
- Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.
- Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to a variety of stakeholders using both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to speak fluently with business people, designers, engineers and other stakeholders (in English).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, data-driven and creative environment.
