Help establish a more robust workflow/process between Design, PM and Engineering.
Conducts typical design cycle starting from UX Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Visual Design, then to user testing.

Tell the story with outstanding spoken and written communication.

RoleWe're looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience to support our product design efforts and help elevate our user experience. You'll be part of a team that values creativity, user-centered design, and attention to detail. In this role, you'll contribute to everything from brainstorming sessions to the final handoff of designs to developers.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to create user-centered designs that meet business and user needs
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to explore and present design solutions
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iteratively improve the product
- Support usability testing and analyze results to refine designs
- Ensure designs are aligned with front-end development requirements and follow UI/UX best practices
Must have
- Around 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong skills in user interface design and problem-solving
- A basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience with usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to accept and incorporate feedback
- A passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user experiences

- Experience in design tools such as Figma
