The Private Wealth Management Asia & Australia team delivers products for internal clients (e.g. client relationship managers, investment management team, investment financial group, etc.) so they can provide the best services and products for ultra-high net worth clients across Asia and Australia. The PWM tools and applications cover end-to-end client experiences; from onboarding/off-boarding clients, account management and mapping, browsing products, getting insights, portfolio management, order placement, tracking, and approvals, among other things. We are seeking a great designer to join a high-functioning team.
Responsibilities- As an SME in multiple domains, partner with Domain Leads and POs creating cohesive experience within various products across the domain and being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process
- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower our clients to make confident financial decisions
- Work closely with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs
- Create and present a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization
- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into our wealth management product ecosystem
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture at the firm
- Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables to meet WCAG ADA compliance
- You have an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs
- You’ve spent at least 8 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- You have a bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferably, master’s degree a plus
- You have excellent skills in Figma
- You have experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement

- Engage in hands-on across all stages of the design process; user research, ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, final visual design, and implementation support.
- Serve as a high-level craft and delivery expert on complex products and provide scalable and innovative design solutions that influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams - Business, Technology, Sales, Operations, Risks, and others to ensure products are well-defined, high impact, and successfully executed.

- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior product and technology stakeholders, ensuring UX is seen as a strategic partner in driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions, rather than a tactical resource

We are seeking a Product Design Lead to shape and elevate the design function at Hex Trust. - Champion user experience: Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovation.
- Hands-on delivery: Create and review wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI designs, while ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand and product vision.
- Advocate for design: Represent design in key discussions, making the case for user-centric decisions at all levels of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Media Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (6+ years) in UX/UI/Product Design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role guiding teams or projects.
- Experience working on crypto or blockchain platforms (e.g., Coinbase Prime, Bybit Institution, OKX Institutions, Binance, or similar).
- Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of institutional clients in the digital asset/crypto space.
- Strong understanding of institutional finance workflows and requirements.
- Knowledge of Web3 connectivity concepts and wallet integration, as well as blockchain and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis to drive evidence-based design.
- Ability to design intuitive workflows for complex financial and technological products.
- Nice to have: Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across diverse teams.
