In this role you will

• Lead activities for ad hoc projects that are being identified from the management team of AsiaSat
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Business
• In-depth knowledge of the maritime operations and strong network of contacts with ship owners/managers, service providers and equipment vendors in the maritime community
• 15 years' experience working in a sales role, related to maritime communications and solutions with a demonstrated track record of sales. Experience in management role is a plus.
• Experience in solutions selling of VSAT, L-band and maritime VAS solutions
• Proven ability to understand the complexity of our customer's business and network requirements to enable to demonstrate AsiaSat's value in its solutions and products
• Strong understanding of satellite and technology trends to enable the ability to identify and predict customer needs and demands and execute action plans to deliver the results
• A strong team player, ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Other additional languages will be an advantage
• High level of personal integrity, and adhere to a strict company code of conduct
• Extensive travel is required
