Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly new product display arrangements
• Organize and implement VM activities
• Manage, design, and source display materials (e.g., mannequins, hangers, display props), including estimating quantities, coordinating purchases, and distributing them across different stores
• Coordinate VM display and materials arrangements across all stores through email communication
• Work closely with the graphic design team on shop image planning and arrangement
• Participate in shop window design planning to enhance customer attraction
• Ensure all VM activities align with the brand image and identity

Requirements

• Degree holder in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or related disciplines with at least 3 years' relevant experience. Previous experience in fashion business retail is an asset
• Strong fashion sense, innovation and detailed-oriented
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, PageMaker etc
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred

What you'll be doing?

• Responsible for regular window setup and in-store display as per company's guidelines
• Conduct regular shop visits to ensure VM standard are maintained
• Responsible for execution, construction projects such as shop inshop project / shop opening /event/ promotion and maintenance of our stores from inception to completion
• To assist in set up for new stores and coordination on merchandise presentation and trainings
• Working with different departments in planning, scheduling and execution of VM calendar
• Provide guidance for retail team in production projects including window displays, in-store highlights, events and promotions
• Regularly prepare visual guidelines and conduct VM training for store staff (both new and existing staff) to properly maintain store image
• Prepare VM reports for management use
• Understand how to maximize the selling opportunities, propose actions from time to time and work closely with the retail & merchandising team to implement the aligned action plan.
• Supporting the stores on setting-up their events & any special requests
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Who are we looking for?

• Degree/Higher diploma holder in Art & Design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in fashion or retail industry
• Strong sense for merchandise presentation, with interests and knowledge in fashion and colour trends
• Good command of both English & Chinese
• Creative, Proactive, Independent, Willing to work on flexible & extended hours
• A good team player with excellent communication and organization skills, flexibility to deal with different parties
• Organized and able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision

Key Responsibilities:

Accountabilities
