1.Daily Warehouse Operations
- Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure accuracy of records;
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, including goods receipt, registration, storage, and dispatch;
- Maintain warehouse environment (dust/dampness control) .
2.Client Coordination & Support
- Receive and assist clients visiting the warehouse, accompany inspections, and address inquiries;
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely goods allocation.
3.Obsolete Inventory Handling (Additional Commissions)
- Optimize stagnant stock through sales or exchange (successful clearance earns extra sales commissions).
Qualifications
1.Language Skills:
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential);
2.Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in warehouse management; semiconductor/electronics industry preferred;
- Proficient in office software.
3.Personal Attributes:
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability to overtime and urgent tasks;
- Customer service orientation and risk management awareness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: HKD 20,000–30,000(see salary assessment);
- Transportation Allowance: Subsidies provided for remote residents;

WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within warehouse management, supply chain operations, or a closely related field. Expertise in inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of optimizing warehouse operations, improving workflow and achieving efficiencies
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify opportunities and issues to make data-driven decisions
- Adept at making quick, informed decisions. Strong problem-solving skills, be able to proactively address challenges such as delays, inventory discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster productive cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and proficiency with computer systems to effectively manage data, reporting, and warehouse management tools.
