What's in it for you:

  • Manage supply plan to ensure suppliers' production capacity to fulfill customers' requirements by monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SOP) and weekly Supplier Shipment Plan (SSP)
  • Collaborate closely with business unit to monitor the gap between demand and supply plan, recommend action plan in case of issues
  • Monitor suppliers' production plan to achieve on-time-delivery. Identify potential risk of delay and facilitate recovery plan

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business-related disciplines
  • 3 years' relevant working experience in supply / demand planning
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting
  • Experience in demand planning is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese
