Job Description
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.

- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

- Support new product launches by integrating supply plans with marketing and sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.
