Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, and serve as general in-charge of Hotel

Meet, greet, respond to and resolve inquiries, concerns as well as requests of guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Submit regular reports required by Management according to pre-set time frame and on an ad-hoc basis whenever necessary in an accurate and timely manner

Handle Hotel's emergency and security procedures with maturity, grace and professionalism

Undertake patrol and enforce Hotel's security rules and regulations to ensure safety and security of hotel guests and staff at all times

Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years' working experience in hotel industry of which at least 2 years in supervisory level

Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skills

Self-motivated, attentive with strong sense of observation and urgency

Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager

Administration Duties:

Manage the Centre Assistants to ensure daily coverage of Facilities Services including meal breaks

Prepare and meet at agreed intervals with the Client to report on team progress, agreed KPIs to ensure optimal client satisfaction

Collect quotation for various project and works

Arrange ordering for all relevant equipment, consumables and facilities

Operational Duties:

Greet all incoming customers and visitors;

Answer incoming telephone calls and handle customer enquiries;

Manage meeting room booking system and schedule the booking requests of the Premises;

Arrange chauffeur service as needed;

Oversee the daily operation of the Premises;

Arrange regular checking of Premises' facilities;

Co-ordinate with cleaning contractor to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the Premises;

Assist in coordination of event activity, including venue set up and reinstatement;

Report and follow the maintenance issues with Client's facilities management operation team;

Handle emergency incident and prepare incident reports;

Prepare monthly service reports including but not limited to daily incoming call and customer enquiries summary and incident report (if any} to Client for record purpose;

Replenish the stock of standard consumables items in the concierge counter.

Stock items shall include but not limited to stationery, toner and paper as required by Client;

Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by Client.

Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience in Guest Services Officer or Receptionist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficient in handling phone calls, inquiries, and providing information effectively.
