Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Wealth Management Manager / Associate at AIA Hong Kong. The Wealth Management Manager / Associate will be responsible for financial planning, investment management, and providing financial advice to individual HNW clients. They will also oversee investment portfolios, analyze market trends, and develop investment strategies to meet clients' financial goals. Responsible for stock execution. Execute trading instructions on behalf of clients/IC/IA through electronic or written trading systems timely and accurately.
Responsible for communicating with sales team/clients in the early stage of customer transactions, including pre-transaction market analysis, timely feedback of market information during transactions, and putting forward rational operation suggestions.
Responsible for analysis of trading data.
Responsible for tracking changes in various business regulations and coordinating with legal & Compliance department.
Responsible for the coordination to optimize trading related systems.
Responsible for the coordination of middle and back office for new business line.
Responsible for producing/updating trading operation guides, and providing education and training for sales team.
Due diligence and new product launch for bonds/notes products.
Responsible for contacting the middle office for smooth delivery after transaction.
Able to support each other within the group; willing to work shifts.
Able to support other transaction/internal control and other related work or other work assigned by supervisors.
Skills and Abilities
Has outstanding integrity, honesty, humility, perseverance as well as remarkable ethical behavior.
Undergraduate degree or above from universities, majoring in Finance, Economics, IT or related discipline.
Highly self-disciplined and attention to details.
Having sound programming skills is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
Good team worker in an efficient working atmosphere under high pressure.
Analytical minded and sensitive to financial market trends.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a definite advantage.
