Job Title: Senior Accountant/ Accountant
Job Responsibilities:
The appointee will be required but not limited to:
- Oversee and supervise subordinates to handle daily accounting operation and tasks (AR, AP, GL, and account reconciliation, etc.);
- Responsible for cash flow management;
- Responsible for month-end closing including payment, accruals; reconciliation, and prepare financial statement etc.;
- To act as a central point of communication with internal and external parties on financial accounting matters;
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audit and project audit;
- Ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, and/or member of professional accounting body;
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in accounting;
- Experience working in NGO is an advantage;
- Proficient in accounting software such as Sage 50, with demonstrated expertise in managing full sets of accounts, and well-versed in Microsoft Office;
- Self-motivated with can-do attitude, good team player with good leadership and under pressure with tight deadline;
- Good command in both English and Chinese language;
