Role Overview

As Brand Marketing Manager, you will shape and launch KuCoin’s major brand campaigns across global markets. You’ll lead event activations (e.g., TOKEN2049), manage branding KOL and partnership programs, and deliver world-class content and creative activations that drive awareness, trust, and growth. Working closely with PR, Social Media, Local Markets, and Design teams, you are both strategist and hands-on executor - an adept storyteller and a collaborative project owner.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Campaigns & Event Activation:

- Plan and lead integrated brand marketing campaigns, launches, and sponsorships in global markets.

- Oversee KuCoin’s brand presence at high-profile events (like TOKEN2049), collaborating with the PR and Social Media team.

Partnerships, KOLs, & Thought Leadership:

- Identify, engage, and manage KOLs, ambassadors, and strategic partnerships for co-branded storytelling and reach.

- Support leadership speaking opportunities, content creation, and reputation-building activities.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:

- Partner with regional teams (Europe, Australia, etc.) to develop and adapt go-to-market strategies, ensuring local resonance and brand consistency.

- Orchestrate launches from strategy to post-campaign analysis.

Content & Social Creative:

- Collaborate with Design, Social Media and Ads teams to envision and deliver compelling assets for branding campaigns.

- Maintain high standards of brand voice and visual identity across all deliverables.

Performance & Project Management:

- Establish metrics and track campaign/initiative KPIs (awareness, engagement, sentiment, pipeline impact).

- Report regularly on results, learnings, and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Serve as a strategic connector between Branding, Product, PR, Social Media, Local Marketing, and external partners.

- Mentor and support junior branding team members.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing roles.

- Proven track record running complex campaigns, events, partnerships, and KOL/ambassador programs (ideally in a high-growth, tech-driven or international environment).

- Experience leading multi-market or regional GTM launches is a strong asset.

- Excellent written and verbal English; other language skills are a plus.

- High ownership mentality, strong project management, and a collaborative spirit.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-cultural teams; adaptable to change and ambiguity.

- Experience in crypto, Web3, fintech, or consumer tech preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders as well as local and regional Data Chapter analytics professionals to identify and execute data analytics requirement

  • Execute contextual marketing campaigns, provide insights, and improve program effectiveness

  • Work with data owners on processes to enable and ensure data quality, evangelizing the importance of good data hygiene
  • Monitor business performance on timely manner and prepare relevant MIS to Consumer Banking leadership team with insights and analytical findings to drive DDOM
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Hong Kong and Singapore to optimize data discovery, ETL, storage, enrichment, and usage
  • Streamline and automate internal processes to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned, participate in system enhancement UAT, and contribute to assigned projects
Requirements
  • University graduate majoring in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, information system, computer science, or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience with strong programming skill in SQL and Python
  • Possess adequate CRM experience to analyze business requirements, recommend viable solutions, align requirements with operational context and translate them into executable program coding
  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Banking industry and operations is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of mobile app architecture, user interface design principles and software development technologies
  • Knowledge in building dashboards by using Qlik Sense or any equivalent tools would be an advantage
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data and have sound presentation skills
  • Adept at problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have experience in project management
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Less experienced candidate will also be considered

Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the Digital Marketing team to formulate a digital strategy for Sun Life brand and products with an aim to build brand awareness, preferences and acquisition
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to build the end-to-end client journey from lead generation to conversion
  • Lead the media and creative agencies on content, planning and optimization
  • Significantly raise our digital footprint and performance
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder in business related disciplines
  • Over 10 years of digital marketing experience in FI
  • Highly familiar with the latest MarTech tools and applications
  • Proven record in driving sales and performance
  • Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders for digital transformation
  • Media optimization, dashboard reporting, data analysis, acquisition journey design
  • Highly familiar with HK and cross border media strategy
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Cantonese
