Accountabilities – Key Result Area

• Assist the design team in the entire development process, from themes and concepts to presentation, sketches, fitting sessions, and pre-production samples.
• Research seasonal themes, fabrics, materials, and colors.
• Work closely with merchandising and factories to facilitate development processes and schedules, including sourcing fabrics and trims, and fitting samples.
• Assist in preparing seasonal design presentations for buyers and operations.

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree in a design-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in fashion design; fresh graduates may be considered as Assistant Designers.
• Passionate about the brand’s identity, with personal charisma and a vision for international fashion trends.
• Ability to research and apply market information.
• Creative, communicative, and capable of collaborating with business teams to achieve brand objectives.

• Have good product and yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process
• Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation
• Have demonstrated creative sense and ability
• Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense
• Are proficient in AI, PSD and Adobe Illustrator, experience in Apex and CLO is an advantage
