Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily logistics & warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, sorting, packaging, and shipping processes.
  • Supervise logistics & warehouse staff, monitor operation, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Handle full set import and export shipping documents, financial documents, Import & export declaration.
  • Plan and arrange logistic shipments, track the progress of shipments.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels; implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Update daily shipment tracker and stock coverage reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to give support on daily replenishment across the various regions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics & warehouse management
  • Hands-on experience in logistics & warehouse management is a must
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with high accuracy and urgency
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and develop existing team members
  • Proven experience in data-driven stock optimization, end-to-end shipment coordination
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control tools
  • Strong numeric sense with analysis and computer skills in system operation and Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage
