We are looking for a business minded marketer with a passion for entrepreneurism to lead a Fanta & Schweppes across Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is a unique opportunity to build a highly profitable, digital driven global brand from the bottom up. Possessing some super-powers will be essential to success. With significant business in mainland Hong Kong and Tai Wan the role will provide true multi-market impact.
**What You'll Do for Us:**
+ Core focus will be to develop and execute Fanta & Schweppes brand growth strategies and business plans to fuel equity and market share growth.
+ This will involve collaboration within the marketing function across the networked organization globally, locally and in other OU for GC&M led campaigns as well as other OU led campaigns.
+ This will also require cross-functional work with Creative, IMX, Frontline Marketing, Customer Commercial and Franchise, Finance, Technical and R&D, bottler marketing and sales teams.
+ You will need to master and own global brand architectures and standards, local human insights and market reality to fuel brand and business, inspire partners and deliver consistent consumer brand experiences.
+ You will need to develop and drive a comprehensive eCommerce and digital business model as the biggest retail channel for Fanta & Schweppes.
+ Keep a finger on the pulse of consumers, customer and market. Constantly measure business performance and marketing effectiveness. Influence the system to action with speed.
+ Import and export winning ideas and work across the global Fanta & Schweppes marketing community.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus, especially with a focus on brand management, strategy, or digital marketing.
+ Minimum of 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or related commercial roles, ideally within the FMCG, consumer products, or retail industries.
+ Proven track record in leading brand strategy development and execution, ideally within the FMCG or consumer products industry. Experience across both emerging and established brands in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets is highly valued.
+ Hands-on experience in eCommerce-led business models and digital marketing strategies, with the ability to drive online brand growth and performance.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working in complex matrixed environments across multiple geographies and teams (including Creative, IMX, Customer & Commercial, Franchise, Finance, and R&D).
+ Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset. You can connect insights to action and have a history of influencing key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
+ Budget planning and financial management capabilities, with an understanding of ROI and performance tracking.
+ Full professional fluency in English is required to collaborate in our globally networked environment. Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is highly preferred for success in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

**Core Function:**
Specialized Product Sales are responsible for driving Global Payments Solutions revenue by designing differentiated value-add solutions to our clients using all the capabilities of Bank of America GPS. Some highlights:
+ We are a deal-driven team supporting all segments (Global Commercial Banking and Global Corporate and Investment Banking) and verticals within GCIB focused on high-value and complex solutioning.
+ The GPS SPS product suite covers payments, receivables, transactional foreign exchange (TFX), cards and trade, and partner with liquidity management.
+ Our GPS SPS team work closely with GPS Sales and Corporate Banking to ensure complete alignment in client planning, opportunity targeting, deal progression and revenue growth.
+ We work with regional and global sales and product managers to promote cash capabilities and pursue marquee deals, including coordination with regionally-based product executives in developing, implementing and promoting required capabilities.

**Key expectations:**
+ Understanding of treasury/finance processes for Corporates/Financial Institutions.
+ Well versed into GPS business and products, especially in Cash Management, and a trusted advisor to our Treasury Sales Officers and clients.
+ Ability to analyze, determine, drive and build solutions and coordinate deal teams to deliver superior client proposals.
+ Proven track record of supporting a results-oriented organization; a sense of urgency and tenacity in helping the business in exceeding revenue goals that are delivered in a deliberate, inclusive, organized manner.
