ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

  • To maintain daily supply chain operations for supply planning team

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Include but not limited to

  • Execute and follow up product flow from order placement preparation till fulfillment for both bulk and sample
  • Partner with sourcing team to facilitate buy, deliver goods just in time to hit business target
  • Order maintenance in system by executing in Logility/SAP
  • Partner with Sourcing, Fabric & Product team on materials pre-booking activity and liability management for all buys.
  • Carry out demand supply match result and drive resolution with demand planning, customer service, retail buyer and product team to maximize business opportunity. Co-ordinate the quick replenishment order to maximise sales opportunity
  • Drive supply planning KPI, e.g. vendor on time and continuous improvement
  • Work with demand and inventory planning to optimize the inventory KPI level, minimize excess in monthly basis.
  • To work with Sourcing to deliver goods just in time and Logistics and warehouse team to align goods receipt process in order to hit the product launch and business target.
  • manage monthly cut off activities and reporting
  • support on quality issue handling, Coordinate the repairing process with warehouse and Sourcing in the reasonable timeline.

Academic Qualifications

  • University graduate preferable in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • Work experience in fashion retail /FMCG is preferred.
  • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
  • Solid ERP eg. SAP/Logility knowledge and working experience.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
  • A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
  • Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
  • Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
  • Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
  • Business level English communication skills required;
  • Ideally holds a relevant university degree

Job Description

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
Shipment:
-Provide updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status;
-Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure proper inbound process with agreed lead time;
-Work closely with multiples forwarders for arranging inbound freight to warehouse;
-Full responsibility on shipping document management and traceability on shipment records;
-Import license preparation and declaration application in due course to meet customs requirement
Stock management:
-Analyzes inventory level to execute order creation in ERP for stock replenishment
-Making decision on releasing backorders based on inventory level
-Closely monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery as per requested schedule with 3PL team
-Resolves inventory variances with adequate training & ERP system expertise; Preparing ERP Reporting for analyze and ensure accuracy in ERP transactions transmission to 3PL ERP
-Goods return and scrap management
Reporting:
-Proactively update stakeholders on reporting on daily and monthly basis
-Vendor management:
-Creating annual purchase orders for logistics related cost and allocating corresponding expense to the appropriate accounts;
-Follow up contract/ agreement with vendor on regular basis;
-Process all logistics related invoice for Hong Kong vendors;
**Requirements**
-Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
-A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
-Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
-Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
-Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
-Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
-Business level English communication skills required;
-Ideally holds a relevant university degree
