ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
- To maintain daily supply chain operations for supply planning team
Include but not limited to
- Execute and follow up product flow from order placement preparation till fulfillment for both bulk and sample
- Partner with sourcing team to facilitate buy, deliver goods just in time to hit business target
- Order maintenance in system by executing in Logility/SAP
- Partner with Sourcing, Fabric & Product team on materials pre-booking activity and liability management for all buys.
- Carry out demand supply match result and drive resolution with demand planning, customer service, retail buyer and product team to maximize business opportunity. Co-ordinate the quick replenishment order to maximise sales opportunity
- Drive supply planning KPI, e.g. vendor on time and continuous improvement
- Work with demand and inventory planning to optimize the inventory KPI level, minimize excess in monthly basis.
- To work with Sourcing to deliver goods just in time and Logistics and warehouse team to align goods receipt process in order to hit the product launch and business target.
- manage monthly cut off activities and reporting
- support on quality issue handling, Coordinate the repairing process with warehouse and Sourcing in the reasonable timeline.
Include but not limited to
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong numerical sense, and excellent data interpretation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Result oriented
- University graduate preferable in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Work experience in fashion retail /FMCG is preferred.
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Solid ERP eg. SAP/Logility knowledge and working experience.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for electronics components.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times, minimize costs, and enhance sustainability.
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery to domestic and international markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, and global logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
