Responsibilities:

Responsible for photo/video shooting and editing, inserting motion graphic to enhance footage

Ensure videos are well-edited, color/sound graded and produced that matches the brand image

Manage the processing and use of videos, discuss technical problems and dealing with internal clients' concerns

Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Videography or related discipline

Min 2 years of work experience in concept developing, video shooting, photography, producing and editing experience

Previous work experience in beauty industry is an advantage.

Proficient in graphic design, video production and photo editing & retouching, with hands on professional of photography will be an absolute advantage

Familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc

Able to work independently, responsible, organized and self-motivated

Ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines

Immediately available is highly preferable

What you'll be doing?

• Photo shooting, editing and post-production of food and beverage related content for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate and events
• Responsible for onsite video and photo shooting; take part in pre and post production process of video including shooting plan, video editing, voiceover, audio input, subtitling, motion graphic etc.
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to deliver photos and videos in a timely and professional manner

Who are we looking for?

• Higher diploma or above in Creative Media, Multimedia, Photo Journalism, Communication or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience as a Videographer/Photographer
• Proven experience in video creation, specifically for short-form video platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and Adobe Illustrator
• Independent, detail-minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Showreel, online profile or portfolio are required

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and Editor to join our talented young team in a high-performance environment. You will be working with major events and attractions with work that will be highly visible and career defining.

We're looking for a motivated individual that can conceptualise ideas bring them to life through the lens of the camera. • Ensure high-quality audio recording.
• Edit event highlight reels, promotional videos, and social media clips with fast turnaround times.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolves preferred, Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects & Photoshop a plus).
• Apply color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance videos.
• Optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, XHS, etc.)

• Brainstorm and execute engaging video concepts aligned with event aesthetics.
• Stay updated on social media trends (short-form content, transitions, captions, etc.).

• Capture high-quality videos (e.g. Group shot, candid moments, and key program highlights)
• You'll be provided with a clear outline of what to capture (e.g. key moments, people, and emotions we'd like captured)
• Edit a 1-minute event highlight Reels that showcase the most impactful moments, energy, and essence of the event
• 1-minute highlight reel delivered within 3 days of the event to share on social media while the momentum is still fresh
• To share all clips of event 1 week after the event day
• Please bring your own equipment (DJI Mobile & Phone)

What We Do
The Amber Foundation is dedicated to supporting marginalized communities in Hong Kong through two main initiatives. The Toiletries Project collects airline kits and hotel toiletries, distributing them to women in shelters, domestic workers, the homeless, the elderly, and refugees, thereby providing essential personal care items to those in need. EMPOWER by The Amber Foundation focuses on young EM women in university. It aims to enhance their visibility to potential employers, improving their career prospects and financial stability while addressing racial barriers and inequality. This program plays a vital role in fostering empowerment and opportunities for these young women.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional video content for social media platforms and all kinds of online promotional collaterals
• Be responsible for post-production workflow including video editing, visual & sound effects, subtitling, motion graphics etc.
• Collaborate with other teams to brainstorm and generate fresh and creative video concepts
• Prepare proposal & be involved in new project pitching
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualification:

• Proven experience (3+ years) with Portfolio as videographer or content creator
• Tertiary education in Multimedia, Creative media, Advertising or related disciplines
• Detail-minded, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Capture video of interviewing an elderly gay member schedule in September
• Help edit it to a 30-40 mins video and several 5-10 mins episodes

Background

We would like to use the story of elderly LGBTQ to let the community address the needs of them. This also serve as training materials to frontline services provider for enhancing their knowledge and awareness of this population.

What We Have

We will explain the organization background and the purpose of the video to the volunteer. We will also discuss with the volunteer about the video content, creative direction, etc.

Why this is important

This helps with our marketing and content creation, allowing us to showcase our impact within the community.

To provide training to service providers to increase their understanding of the older tongzhi community and hence improve their quality of services. 3.
