**Responsibilities**
+ Plan and manage ecological/environmental surveys
+ Compile, evaluate and analyse ecological/environmental data

**Qualifications**

**Reports To:** Group Tax Director, ANZ and Asia
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia Tax Assistant Manager to oversee tax operations across South East Asia. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) and possess a deep understanding of regional tax regulations and compliance requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and oversee all tax-related activities in South East Asia, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
+ Manage and oversee the quarterly and annual tax provision process under both US GAAP and local South East Asia financial reporting standards, using OneSource software.
+ Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize risks.
+ Coordinate with local tax authorities and external advisors to resolve tax issues and disputes.
+ Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
+ Provide tax advice and support to various business units and departments.
+ Conduct tax audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
+ Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of tax records.
+ Collaborate with the global tax team to align regional tax strategies with overall corporate objectives.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CTA) is preferred.
+ 5-10 years of relevant tax experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
+ In-depth knowledge of South East Asia tax regulations and compliance requirements.

+ Identify and design business processes for automation using RPA and Power Platform applications such as Power Apps, to enhance business operational efficiency

**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the team lead/ studio lead on landscape design concept and coordination for large-scale planning development and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.
+ Assists on internal and external liaisons, participate in design development, site plans, production of presentation material including graphics, drawings, sketches etc.
+ Work closely to assist team leader/studio lead to ensure the smooth and timely liaison and delivery of landscape architecture solutions and deliverables, .
+ Coordinate on design, technical and administrative activities with employees under U+P studios or other business lines as required by projects.
+ Coordinate with external consultants and suppliers (architects, structural engineers, suppliers etc.) for construction stage works.
+ Review and apply local standard landscape architecture design techniques, procedures and criteria
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor or master's in landscape architecture (other relevant disciplines such as architecture, environmental science, urban design/planning will be considered).
+ For entry-level Landscape Designer, minimum 2 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience; For mid-level Landscape Designer, minimum 4 years of relevant post-professional qualification experience.
+ Experience on developing solutions based on sustainability, ESG and NbS would be an advantage.
+ Work experience at local landscape consultancy firm and/or large-scale project experience would be an advantage.
+ Proficiency in Rhino, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD would be an advantage.

The Store Supervisor contributes to the achievement of the store's profitability and key performance indicators by providing customer service aligning with UA service model and accomplishing operational excellence. The Store Supervisor serves as a coach and mentor to other teammates within a defined delegation of responsibility. This role also serves as the go-to leader in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager and may have closing and opening responsibilities.

**_Sales & Omni_**
+ Supports in driving sales and retail/omni -channel KPI target achievement.
+ Provides customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
**_Brand image & Customer Experience_**
+ Supports in training teammates to provide a service/selling culture unique to Under Armour.
+ Uses advanced functional expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in designated area of responsibility.
**_Retail Operations_**
+ Train and lead teammates in the execution of daily operations aligning with UA process and policies.
+ Partner with store leadership to maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
+ Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and advise store leadership of unusual internal or external activity.
+ Assume Stock Lead responsibilities in the absence of Stock Lead.
+ Communicate teammates accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
**_Leadership & Team Collaboration_**
+ Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
+ Maintain and support store safety standards and communicate concerns to store leadership.
+ Support UA strategies to drive sales and operations; observe sales trends and advise store leadership of opportunities.
+ Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
+ Lead/Support a Division of Responsibility (DOR) to assist with theoverall efficiency of the store. (Athlete Experience, Merchandising, Brand, Operations), if applicable
**Qualifications**
+ Advanced numeracy, literacy, and advanced communication skills
+ Fluent in local language and basic verbal English skills
+ Proficient in use of computers and other technology
+ Adjusts to new ideas/methods of working
+ Knowledgeable of store operations, visual merchandising, stock room, risk management & safety
+ Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
+ Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding
**Requirements**
+ Minimum 3 year experience in a sports/ apparel & footwear retail environment
+ Previous supervisory experience preferred
+ High School education or equivalent
+ Availability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
**Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs
+ Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short breaks
+ Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area
