• Monitor A/P, A/R transactions and follow up payment

Requirements

• HKDSE, LCC Higher or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• PC knowledge with good skills in MS Excel, Word, ERP system and accounting software is preferable

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for Mainland China operations, ensuring organized execution of all business activities

• Evaluate business performance in Mainland China and provide strategic improvement recommendations

• Monitor and track business progress to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule

• Conduct market research on competitor operations and analyze market trends in Mainland China

• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners

• Serve as a communication bridge between Mainland China and Hong Kong teams

• Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies for the Chinese market

• Prepare regular business reports and performance analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in Mainland China market

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of Cantonese is highly preferred

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to travel to Mainland China as required

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus

This position conducts sales calls and routine check-ups to existing and potential customers to maintain and grow revenue. He/She researches and analyzes historic shipping trends to ensure the customer is asked focused questions. This position responds to customer issues (e.g., billing, shipping, etc.) to clarify, resolve, and address concerns. He/She performs other duties as requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target by exploring and developing customer's need in their logistics functions/supply chain solutions; understanding customers' business models and providing one stop supply chain solution through telesales activities
• Focus on growing small to medium customer segment within the set revenue band or defined customer or industry segment
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through indoor selling
• Handle customer's enquiries skillfully and professionally
• Coordinate post-sales activities in a professional and proactive manner

Who We Are Looking For

• Tertiary education with minimum 2 years telesales experience with proven track record
• Good command of written and spoken English / Chinese and conversant in Mandarin
• Excellent telephone selling skills
• Knowledge or previous working experience in Freight/Logistic or similar industry preferred
• A self-starter and fast learner with excellent communication, interpersonal & organization skills with ability to work with people at different levels within the organization
