**In this role, you are expected to:**
The Customer Account Specialist serves as the Clients' primary contact. They provide operational account management at a corporate client level. The main responsibility is to maintain, strengthen and grow the ongoing relationship with Commercial Card Clients following set up by the implementation team and provide a single access window for client queries and concerns.
+ Ensure a Seamless Transition from Implementation into Business As Usual for new programmes
+ Be a single point of contact, Post Implementation for Clients and their Program Administrators (PA)
+ Drive consistently high levels of client satisfaction
+ Continually increase their own knowledge and understanding of the clients' card program
+ Leverage existing relationships to drive expansion of issuance among current programs
+ Create opportunities for proactive program improvement in concert with Account Management and other functional areas
+ Frequent proactive client communication. Lead regular conference calls. Schedule, organise and lead regular client service reviews in collaboration with Account Management and other functional areas where relevant
+ Influence the client to ensure that their programme operates optimally for both them and Citi
+ Day-to-day issue resolution with key contacts at the client's organization
+ Issue Escalation - Taking ownership of issues and coordinating fast resolution
+ Addressing the root causes of any recurring issues with Citi and Client functions
+ Assist the Call Centre and Back Office functions with day-to-day cardholder problem resolution - very little direct contact with cardholders
+ Reconciliation of client financials relating to inbound payment files for onward crediting to individual cardholders
+ Managing clients stock of plastic cards (if client specific) and associated collaterals related to card issuance by proactively tracking actual usage against client projections
+ Identify trends and carry out margin analysis to ensure smooth operation of the program
+ Create Opportunities for Proactive Programme Improvement. Practice effective continuous process improvement within Operations and with our clients to reduce errors, bottlenecks and ultimately, costs
+ Identify areas to cross sell cards products / solutions to existing clients and work with the Citi teams to develop these leads.
+ Grow programmes through new countries, changes to scope, additional spend types
+ Programme Maintenance
+ Ongoing Programme Analysis
+ Engage and coordinate relevant Citi resources as needed to support the Client e.g. Operations, Product, implementations.

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead Analyst is a senior professional role responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. Citi is looking to hire a KDB+ Software Engineer into its Equities Global Data and Analytics group in Hong Kong. This role involves designing, implementing, and deploying timeseries based software systems that offer our Equities Trading Clients with best-in-class Analytics. The Marketing Director JP/KR/HK/TW will have strategic and tactical ownership of marketing at the regional level and establish long-term strategy for the region. He/She must have the capability to work cross-departmentally, driving the initiatives and achieving the company goals through networking and teamwork, leading the local marketing team to target achievement. Is expected to be autonomous making data-driven strategic decisions and driving execution with minimal supervision.
This position reports to the Director, Regional Marketing APAC and is part of the APAC Marketing team located in Japan or Hong Kong and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead the marketing activities of all product areas and marketing segments across the region to successfully achieve targets, working closely with the local Commercial Leaders to continuously exchange and align on strategies and tactics as part of regional leadership teams
+ Define strategic priorities and translate them into successful tactics executed by the team with a strong ROI-based approach to identify, plan, execute, measure and optimize the key initiatives of the team
+ Develop and communicate local key messages, value propositions and marketing programs under cohesive marketing campaigns with a well-defined omni-channel approach
+ Identify all the required sales enablement initiatives that lead to business growth support and react with countermeasures during challenging periods of sales results and leading the team on demand generation to close through leads production, funnel velocity and ramp utilizing a funnel-based approach
+ Identify and drive the execution of activities that support business expansion within existing customer, increasing brand awareness and customer retention
+ Manage directly and through the team members the local KOL networks to reinforce the brand, raise awareness and leverage product champions throughout the regions
+ Build, drive and develop a strong, diverse and inclusive marketing teams
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR
+ Master's degree with 7+ years of experience
+ Proven track record in people management is mandatory
+ Strong experience in working in a cross-functional environment is required
+ Marketing management and/or sales experience in Diagnostics or Device industries is a strong advantage
+ Local network and knowledge of the key stakeholders in the market, including expertise with complex, multi-departmental healthcare sales in Japan and Hong Kong is highly desired
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Must have excellent communication skills including verbal and written, along with a strong financial and business acumen
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Japanese highly desired.
+ Needs to have a high degree of leadership and able to engage with and successfully influence others from colleagues and customers, ranging from lab technicians to clinical experts

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a professional, flexible, dynamic and motivated G650 Captain for a permanent contract. We need a great communicator coupled with an enthusiasm and a passion to deliver our client the best possible flight experience.
The Captain holds overall responsibility for the safe operation of the assigned aircraft and serves as the Company's representative throughout the duration of the flight duty. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of all crew members, passengers, and cargo from the moment they board until the aircraft is safely secured post-flight. This position reports to the Director of Flight Operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
― Ensure that the safety of all crew members, passengers and cargo onboard
― Ensure that all operational procedures and checklists are complied with in accordance with the provisions of the Operations Manual FOM
― Ensure that all crew members occupy their stations prior to take-off, final approach and landing
― Not permit any crew member to perform any activity during take-off, initial climb, final approach and landing except those for duties required for the safe operation of the aircraft
― Not allow any flight data and/or cockpit voice recorder to be disabled or erased, unless data needs to be conserved for the investigation of an incident or accident and would otherwise automatically be erased
― Coordinate the work distribution within the flight crew to obtain a maximum of good airmanship for the conduct of the flight
― Ensure precise navigation and observation of minimum altitudes
― Observe the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure the proper use and handling of the aircraft
― Enforce the strict use of checklists
― Ensure that the amount of usable fuel remaining suffices to proceed to an airport where a safe landing can be made, with final reserve fuel remaining
― Maintain close contact with the cabin crew in order to ensure that all requirements concerning cabin safety are being followed
― Ensure that the flight and technical logs are completed
― File written occurrence and accident reports if the necessity arises
― Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual and agreed aviation practices to fulfill his function.
― Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of the company
― Comply with the regulations contained in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO)
― Ensure that all passengers are briefed on the location of emergency exits and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment
― Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with type rating for G650 (FAA, UK or EASA)
+ More than 500 hours on type
