**In this role, you're expected to:**
This role is within the Credit Initiation department, which is essential for providing service support to our clients on new Loan Products applications, including Mortgage Loans, Securities Based Lending Loans, Unsecured Credit Facilities, and more. The department also performs regular portfolio account credit reviews on existing clients.
As a Credit Initiation Officer (from: Secured Lending Team), you will be responsible for processing clients' lending products applications through credit assessment. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Furthermore, you will support the Unit Manager on projects, audit, and control governance activities when required.
+ Support processing and credit underwriting functions for Lending Products Applications (Mortgage, Investment, and Premium Financing Loans) and ensure processing within established turnaround times and meeting productivity benchmarks.
+ Perform credit assessment activities (including client profiling, credit risk analysis, credit proposal write-ups, and credit underwriting for new applications, line maintenance, and annual reviews) for consumer clients.
+ Make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of application and client information.
+ Analyze/evaluate credit reports and coordinate/follow up on action plans, implementations, and related defects.
+ Review client's applications and loan documents as part of the credit underwriting process.
+ Render support on quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
+ Support projects and the development of new workflows and procedures to simplify credit underwriting and post-approval processes.
+ Provide administrative support surrounding application processing and portfolio activities (like conducting annual reviews on existing account holders).
+ Provide training to junior staff/new hires where necessary.
+ Support various control tasks where necessary (e.g., supporting the department manager or supervisor in collating samplings for Audit Review).

The Customer Account Specialist serves as the Clients' primary contact. They provide operational account management at a corporate client level. As part of the Banking, International, Client, & Legacy Franchise (BICL) Learning team the Learning Adviser will be responsible to align and drive learning excellence for Citi's Global Markets franchise across APAC, the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This role will collaborate closely with senior regional leadership in Global Markets and Human Resources to identify learning needs for this business segment and deliver comprehensive learning solutions that are aligned with existing enterprise offerings. The role will also have learning coverage for the Hong Kong and Australia & New Zealand locations, working closely with country management to ensure Citi understands its learning compliance risks and meets its regulatory mandated learning objectives. The role reports to the Head of Learning Advisory for APAC & MEA.
Commercial awareness and subject matter expertise are exercised by the role to consult with and influence stakeholders to align the global learning agenda on people development initiatives for the Global Markets employees.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Understand business and HR priorities for Global Markets and identify opportunities to translate these insights into executable learning solutions for capability building and performance improvement
+ Partner with the Global Markets Head of Learning to drive global learning agendas and consult them on geography specific needs.
+ Support the Hong Kong and ANZ Human Resource teams in managing regulatory audits/inspections and ad hoc requests for learning related data and actions.
+ Leverage existing learning solutions to deliver against regulatory learning needs or design new learning solutions when required in partnership with relevant global learning SMEs

**Qualifications:**
+ At least 12 years of relevant learning and development experience with a track record of managing relationships with senior leaders.
+ Experience working across regions, cultures, and geographies within a large financial services or regulated multinational organization will be preferred
+ Strong advisory and execution skills with the ability to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable results
+ Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their practical applications, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous learning in this domain
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, and training delivery/facilitation experience will be preferred

The Marketing Director JP/KR/HK/TW will have strategic and tactical ownership of marketing at the regional level and establish long-term strategy for the region. **Position Summary**
We are seeking a professional, flexible, dynamic and motivated G650 Captain for a permanent contract. We need a great communicator coupled with an enthusiasm and a passion to deliver our client the best possible flight experience.
The Captain holds overall responsibility for the safe operation of the assigned aircraft and serves as the Company's representative throughout the duration of the flight duty. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of all crew members, passengers, and cargo from the moment they board until the aircraft is safely secured post-flight. This position reports to the Director of Flight Operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
― Ensure that the safety of all crew members, passengers and cargo onboard
― Ensure that all operational procedures and checklists are complied with in accordance with the provisions of the Operations Manual FOM
― Ensure that all crew members occupy their stations prior to take-off, final approach and landing
― Not permit any crew member to perform any activity during take-off, initial climb, final approach and landing except those for duties required for the safe operation of the aircraft
― Not allow any flight data and/or cockpit voice recorder to be disabled or erased, unless data needs to be conserved for the investigation of an incident or accident and would otherwise automatically be erased
― Coordinate the work distribution within the flight crew to obtain a maximum of good airmanship for the conduct of the flight
― Ensure precise navigation and observation of minimum altitudes
― Observe the limitations of all aircraft systems and ensure the proper use and handling of the aircraft
― Enforce the strict use of checklists
― Ensure that the amount of usable fuel remaining suffices to proceed to an airport where a safe landing can be made, with final reserve fuel remaining
― Maintain close contact with the cabin crew in order to ensure that all requirements concerning cabin safety are being followed
― Ensure that the flight and technical logs are completed
― File written occurrence and accident reports if the necessity arises
― Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual and agreed aviation practices to fulfill his function.
― Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct and appearance as a representative of the company
― Comply with the regulations contained in the Operations Manual (FOM) and the Air Navigation Order (ANO)
― Ensure that all passengers are briefed on the location of emergency exits and the location and use of relevant safety and emergency equipment
― Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with type rating for G650 (FAA, UK or EASA)
+ More than 500 hours on type
