**Job Description**
+ Lead the design development of architecture projects across Hong Kong and China
+ Drive conceptual design, schematic planning, and detailed development with aesthetic, functional, and regulatory considerations
+ Collaborate with internal design teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain design integrity
+ Provide design critique and mentorship to junior architects and assistants
+ Participate in design presentations, internal reviews, and client-facing sessions when needed
+ Assist project leads in coordinating with consultants on design-related aspects
+ Ensure drawings and documentation comply with local codes and project requirements
+ Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
**Qualifications**
+ Degree or Master of Architecture
+ Overseas study and work background is preferred.
+ Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects, AIA, RIBA or equivalent Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design.
+ Excellent sense of graphics and design concepts.
+ Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations.
+ With at least 8 years relevant international Architectural design experience from concept to schematic design experiences in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, particularly in Commercial, Recreation and Mixed-Use project.
+ Sport related project experience as advantage.
+ Experienced in international design firm is preferred.
+ Strong modelling and post-production skills.
+ Sound knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Maya, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
+ A working knowledge of Revit is preferred.

**Role Overview**
We are seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to support direct project procurement across various business lines. This role involves sourcing, contracting, vendor management, and helping the team improve overall procurement efficiency through systems and policy alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Take Lead the Direct Procurement involves taking charge of procurement strategies, managing external and internal stakeholders, and ensuring guiding the team to achieve procurement objectives while optimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia Tax Assistant Manager to oversee tax operations across South East Asia. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Report to on-site Facilities Manager (Account Lead) to undertake the management of maintenance of all building's system & facilities including but not limited AC & E&M, FS P&D etc. of the properties?
+ Manage a team of technical staff (Technical Officer & Technician) responsible for all in-house PPM works, reactive and corrective service orders
+ Manage 3rd party vendors for PPM and R&M works. to ensure services provided are up to SLA & KPI standard
+ Manage the use of CMMS for all maintenance works including service order, PO and asset registry
+ Responsible for contract administration including tendering and renewal of all maintenance contracts
+ Support client's property team to comment all tenants' fit-out works according to required standard
+ Assist Facilities Manager to prepare annual maintenance budget. Manage PO & payment with finance team
+ Assist Facilities Manager to?drive HSE by setting up and maintaining procedures align with company HSE policy
**Requirements**
+ Degree holder or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Studies, or related disciplines
+ At least 3-8 years' experience in relevant position and proven skills & capabilities in engineering firm, property & facilities management service industries
+ Experienced in maintenance contracts administration and renovation/fitting out project are an advantage
+ Experienced in building take-over from main contractor and sub-contractors will be an advantage
+ Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
+ Creative, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
+ Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill and respect for others
+ Professionalism in all aspects both verbal and in demeanor
+ Knowledge and experience in implementing the requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance (Cap 509) and the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance (Cap 59) is an advantage; and
+ Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade A/B or above will be an advantage
+ Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer

**Job Description**
+ Perform Requirement gathering and validation with different user teams and obtain business endorsement.
+ Identify and design business processes for automation using RPA and Power Platform applications such as Power Apps, to enhance business operational efficiency
+ Utilize AI technologies to enhance automation solutions
+ Oversee Power BI dashboard reporting activities, including maintenance on Python script, Power Query workflow, Power BI data model, DAX expression, visualization & report layout, etc.
+ Provide technical advice on solution design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability
+ Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that the implemented solution meets the business needs
+ Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems or enhancements
**Qualifications**
+ University degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, or a related field
+ Knowledge or experience in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBA) is advantageous
+ Understanding of AI technologies and their application in business processes
+ Strong proficiency in creating Power BI visualizations, including the use of DAX and Power Query, is required
+ Proven experience with MS Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, is beneficial
+ Effective communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
+ Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
