About the Role
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be assisting with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring a welcoming stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, record and relay guest requests to relevant Departments.
- Update room status in the system in a daily basis and investigate any discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize administrative records and documentation.
- Manage key control procedures and monitor lost and found items.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
- Certificate in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Housekeeping Department in Hotel with similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
