- To act as an assistant to the General Manager, Community Development to provide support to the team in the coordination of community projects and programmes
- To assist in various duties such as preparation and consolidation of reports, submissions, replies and documentations
- To serve as the budget coordinator within the Department and assist in the preparation of annual budget
- To assist in the liaison with the stakeholders’ offices, including Legislative and District Councillors, District Advisory Committees, etc

Requirements:

- To act as an assistant to the General Manager, Community Development to provide support to the team in the coordination of community projects and programmes
- To assist in various duties such as preparation and consolidation of reports, submissions, replies and documentations
- To serve as the budget coordinator within the Department and assist in the preparation of annual budget
- To assist in the liaison with the stakeholders’ offices, including Legislative and District Councillors, District Advisory Committees, etc
- To support the Department to provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to arranging meetings, maintaining filing systems, answering phone calls, etc
- To support the daily operations of the Department and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Completed secondary education; Degree holder in Arts, Communications, Public Relations or any other related discipline would be a definite advantage
- Strong proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative and secretarial experience is preferable
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with various software and systems
- Generative AI proficiency is a definite advantage
