Responsibilities:
- Assist managers to develop and plan marketing strategies of The Club and Digital Ventures lines of business.
- Prepare digital and branding communications contents such as eDM, website, social media, app push/ MMS messages; also participate in production and implementation of branding related events and promotional activities.
- Co-work with The Club and Digital Venture lines of business, as well as external partners for cross-over marketing campaigns, including planning and implementation of promotion mechanism, special offers, instore display and POSM and communication materials.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to generate different marketing assets and ensure execution of promotion within timeline and budget
- Support content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
- Responsible for preparing report, clippings, market intelligence and administration work on marketing campaigns and PR engagements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role
- Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in agency is highly preferable
- Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on marketing communications tools e.g. AEM, ACS will be an advantage
- Pro-active, well-organized, detailed minded, innovative and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently with can-do attitude, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve KPIs
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Position overview
We are searching for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, enhancing our capability ofdigital performance in all digital marketing channels, and social media platforms. You will be a key part of the team to support the coordination and execution of theonline marketing campaigns . The incumbent is expected to explorenew digital approaches to reach target customers manage and monitor digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and all other digital touch points, and monitor the digital performance, generating reports for the management team for developing sales-driven digital marketing strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Digital Marketing Management: Managing the digital marketing calendar and different stakeholders to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Budget Planning & Optimization: Propose and manage the marketing budget for a digital marketing plan with pre-set KPIs
- Performance Analytics: Reviewing analytical reports from multiple sources e.g. Meta, Google ads, GA4, Shopify, etc and turning data into insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other business functions to create digital assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue through the ongoing optimization of all landing destinations based on an ongoing testing program
- Channel Optimization: Maximizing traffic and conversion through core digital marketing channels such as but not limited to: Paid Search, SEO, Email, Retargeting, and social media

Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with a passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to work in a creative and hands-on environment
- With an understanding of ad placement strategies across various digital platforms, stay hungry for the latest digital trends
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with different stakeholders
