  • Localized Market Expansion: Conduct in-depth analyses of the preferences of Chinese-speaking users, the regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics to formulate and implement effective localized operational strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, risk management, legal, and business development teams to ensure that market strategies are compliant and executed with maximum efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and manage a high-performing regional market team, empowering team members to enhance overall effectiveness and operational execution.
  • Data-Driven Analysis and Growth Optimization: Utilize user behavior data and market feedback to continuously refine brand marketing strategies and channels, driving effective conversion rates.


What We Look For In You

  • 本科及以上学历,市场营销、传播、公关、金融、区块链等相关专业优先;
  • 至少5年以上大型互联网公司、金融科技、互联网证券等行业市场相关经验,3年以上管理岗位经验;

  • Market Acumen: Strong understanding of the user ecosystem, media environment, and regulatory frameworks in the target market, with a proven track record of successful localized branding or user acquisition projects.
  • Results Orientation: Demonstrated ability to drive results, with exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual in both Chinese and English to communicate with different stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals. Translate brand vision into actionable campaigns across digital, retail, and media channels.
  • China Market Development: Spearhead localized marketing initiatives for GreaterChina, including influencer programs, social media engagement, and e-commerce activations. Navigate local platforms and consumer trends to maximize brand relevance.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign development - from concept to execution - ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and performance tracking.
  • Retail & Product Launches: Partner with merchandising and retail teams to support seasonal launches, in-store promotions, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Digital & CRM: Optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM. Leverage data analytics to refine targeting and improve ROI.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify co-branding opportunities and manage external collaborations to expand reach and reinforce brand positioning.
  • Team & Agency Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team. Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirement:

  • 15+ years of senior marketing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven success in building and scaling brand presence in China
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital ecosystems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage
