You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors of residential building in Yau Ma Tei.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
- A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
- Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSA is preferred
- Experience in Residential Building will be definitely an advantage
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level
- Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and occupants independently
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
