We are looking for an experienced and proactive Chief Compliance Officer to lead our compliance function. You will ensure that our operations, products, and policies fully comply with local and international regulatory standards. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about building robust compliance programs in a fast-paced, consumer-facing fintech or digital banking environment. You will oversee compliance operations and strategy in Hong Kong as well as in other countries where we hold or are applying for licenses, ensuring consistent standards and effective risk management across all jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Regulatory Oversight
 Draft, maintain, and implement robust compliance policies and procedures in
accordance with Hong Kong and other international regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

 - 4+ years' experience in AML/sanctions compliance preferably within a multinational corporate, financial institution, or law firm.
 - Proven experience in anti-bribery & corruption and whistleblowing.
 - Strong knowledge of APAC regulatory compliance laws and enforcement trends.
