Job Description

We're seeking a passionate and organized Digital Content Marketing Officer at Capstone. You'll play an important role in the end-to-end process of social media management, including developing our social media strategies, producing captivating content, executing and optimizing campaigns, and reporting key indicators of success to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Developing an overall digital marketing strategy and executing marketing plans across various channels, including social media, content, advertising, and email.
  • Planning and managing our digital content marketing strategy across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, RedNote, WeChat), which includes content creation, posting, and monitoring social community engagement.
  • Collaborating with key social media platforms to achieve various objectives, such as reaching new customers and growing brand awareness.
  • Creating compelling content, including original text, videos, and images, to build connections with social media users.
  • Implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Working with administrative staff to develop conversational marketing strategies that encourage meaningful and timely interactions with potential clients.
  • Coordinating with teaching staff to develop, launch, and run regular promotional campaigns.
  • Providing support to the team for ad-hoc projects and other assigned tasks.

About You

  • Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing or other related disciplines
  • 1 year of working experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or event marketing is preferred
  • Fresh Graduated with outstanding marketing portfolio is also welcomed
  • Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear understanding of tone and target audience.
  • Knowledge in AI, Photoshop, WordPress EDM, SEO or SEM is a plus
  • Creative & passionate about social media, and content development
  • Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
