Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and service support to Direct Sales and Agencies to achieve the business target
  • Provide coaching and training for Direct Sales to enhance their knowledge on products and compliance requirements
  • Initiate, plan and implement special market campaigns and promotion programs
  • Conduct marketing research analysis, collect update market information and make recommendation
  • Liaise with internal / external parties to arrange promotion activities
  • Handle customer complaints and take necessary remedial action to enhance control measures and mitigate the risks
  • Ensure commission payment is accurate and punctual
  • Prepare regular reports, e.g. KRI and KCSA , to minimize operational risk and for management reporting
  • Coordinate / participate in ad hoc projects related to business development

Requirements

  • University degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer service and consumer finance industry at managerial level
  • With agency management experience is an advantage
  • In depth knowledge of unsecured lending / credit card marketing and operation
  • Sound people management / complaint handling skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager

  • Lead the development of sales analytics framework to support regular reporting and thematic business initiatives within the Sales Department
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to guide strategic planning and drive business outcomes
  • Partner with the Sales Management Office to design and implement sales growth strategies
  • Represent the Sales Management Office in cross-departmental coordination for new business development, process optimization, and product enhancements
  • Manage and curate effective frontline communications, encompassing internal events, training programs, and daily operational support


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of SFC regulations and proven experience in financial services, including wealth management, private banking, or brokerage across fixed income, securities, and derivatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
  • Sharp analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable plans
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese

  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking and organization skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the TAM Leader and take full ownership of the technical aspects for assigned Premium Support Program (PSP) accounts.
  • Act as a trusted security advisor by partnering with the sales team to support large enterprises in deploying and optimizing Trend Micro solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders—including customers, internal sales teams, partners, and Trend Micro’s technical experts.
  • Analyze security incidents and product-related events to drive continuous improvement in customer experience and solution performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT related industry.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux, or VMware vSphere.
  • Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with enterprise clients.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT security-related products.
  • Experience with networking environments, including routers, DNS, proxies, firewalls, and IPS.
  • Knowledge of database administration (MS SQL Server) and shell scripting.
  • Professional certifications such as MCSE, CEH, RHCE, CCNA, CISSP, ISO27001, ITIL, VCA/VCP, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the TAM Leader and take full ownership of the technical aspects for assigned Premium Support Program (PSP) accounts.
  • Act as a trusted security advisor by partnering with the sales team to support large enterprises in deploying and optimizing Trend Micro solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders—including customers, internal sales teams, partners, and Trend Micro’s technical experts.
  • Analyze security incidents and product-related events to drive continuous improvement in customer experience and solution performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT related industry.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English, both verbal and written.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux, or VMware vSphere.
  • Strong expertise in TCP/IP networking.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with enterprise clients.
Nice To Have
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT security-related products.
  • Experience with networking environments, including routers, DNS, proxies, firewalls, and IPS.
  • Knowledge of database administration (MS SQL Server) and shell scripting.
  • Professional certifications such as MCSE, CEH, RHCE, CCNA, CISSP, ISO27001, ITIL, VCA/VCP, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.

As Surgical Sales Specialist, Global leading eye care device company in the world, with complementary businesses in Surgical and Vision Care. Professional Sales to promote ophthalmic surgery related equipment and instruments

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for promoting assigned products to Healthcare Professionals
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Healthcare Professionals and provide necessary Operation Theatre support
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities
  • Execute sales plan and strategy, participate and conduct different level events & meetings
  • Communicate with Healthcare Professionals about latest update of product, service and prices, events, etc.
  • Investigate market intelligence; feedbacks; and suggestions
  • To support marketing activities for IOL business development
  • To support junior or newly join sales team members for customer visit and sales daily operation work
  • To support National Sales Manager to develop sales tactics, sales analysis and sales forecasting

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)
  • With relevant 3 years or above working experiences (preferable in medical device /pharm industry)
  • With Operation Theatre sales experience preferred
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Will be considered as Surgical Sales Representative with less experience
