Job Description:

Duties

The appointee will be required but not limited to:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Helpdesk implementation and management

End user communications of networking, server or other service changes or interruptions

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance problems

Maintain high level of technical competence; assist staff in resolving complex technical problems and work with guests to ensure solutions are satisfactory

Provide reports and communication progress to Manager

Perform related work appropriate to the classification as assigned

Requirements

Holder of Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT operations support and system support

Experience in MS Windows Servers, LAN/WAN Infrastructure of the organization

Knowledge in hotel system would be a definite advantage

Knowledge in VM and Cloud environment would be a definite advantage

Well-organized, independent and customer-oriented

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Assistant
