Title: Network Team Lead
Job summary:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of around 5 Network engineers on project implementation
- Must have strong technical hands on experience in implementation
- Provide technical advisory to the team members
- Liaising with external vendor for training and team development align to company’s technology focus
- Monitor overall project technical progress and health
- Tailor processes to meet specific needs of project
- Responsible for project development plans
- Review project technical plans
- Manage the proper assignment of technical resources during different project timelines.
- Have vast experience in Security products implementation (Products such as Security Configuration Management, Network Access Control, Firewall, IDS/IPS, MFA, EDR, VM, PAM, DNS security, SIEM and SASE) will be an advantage
- Expertise in Dynamic Routing Protocol and advanced network feature such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Vxlan, ACI, Service (QoS), High Availability (HA) and WAN optimization,
- In-depth product knowledge of Cisco Router, Intent-Base Networking and SDN
- Documentation for project requirements
- Work closely with security presales team to support tender bidding process in providing professional service sizing and crafting the scope of works and deliverables
- Oversee the submission of all technical documents
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Degree in Computing or Engineering discipline
- Well-versed in solution architecture design
- Understand the system integration and quality process
- Experience in managing a team of security engineers.
- Possess resource management skills
- Possess good communication skills and able to relate well to others
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years’ experience in network system integrator or distribution environment is preferred
- Working knowledge with MS Visio
- Basic knowledge on networking such as TCP/IP, switching and routing
- Working knowledge on setting up Windows/Linux servers and VM
- Working Knowledge in Coding/scripting (Ansible, Python, YAML etc) (Good to have)
- Experience in standard IT/cyber security policies (Good to have)
- Basic knowledge in PCI/MAS TRM/IM8 compliance (Good to have)

The Job
- Lead and oversee large-scale hybrid cloud platform modernization projects, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance of digital applications.
- Drive the engineering and productization of hybrid infrastructure solutions, delivering precise estimations based on comprehensive business and technical requirements.
- Lead critical hybrid infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless implementation, integration, and maximum operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for data and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand complex business challenges and technical requirements.
- Create detailed solution architecture diagrams and comprehensive documentation.
- Lead solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops to drive customer confidence.
- Provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, including solution architecture and deployment.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues during implementation.
- Implement and oversee mechanisms for collecting and acting on customer feedback.
- Hold and maintain relevant advanced industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud) and commit to ongoing education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and solution design (7years).
- Advanced industry certifications highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus with a strategic mindset and passion for technology innovation.
- Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring others in emerging technologies.

The Job

About The Role
To ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role supports audit readiness, risk mitigation, and governance across cloud and shared services, asset management, and security domains.
Roles And Responsibilities
Infrastructure Governance Control:
- Define, implement the infrastructure compliance policies in the infrastructure environment and to maintain the IT Infrastructure aligns with the regulatory framework and the company policies.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies.
- Playing a governance role to ensure IT Infrastructure is fully complied to the company policy standard.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage compliance issues such as IT asset vulnerability management, HW/SW end of life/ end of support, patching management, etc.
- Prepare regulatory submissions (IA/MPFA) on Infrastructure owned solutions.
- Collaborate with Group and local teams to track and update Software Asset Management system.
- Collaborate with the team to follow case that will expose to a non-compliant issue.
- Prepare monthly provide reports, and work with platform teams to ensure timely remediation.
- Monitor and analyse compliance metrics and report findings to senior management.
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant and solid experience in Information Security risk management and control, gained from international financial institutions, professional firms, or financial regulators. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager level)
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to cloud and infrastructure services.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills, and demonstratable experience as a highly effective facilitator of cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership/management skill to build and foster a collaborative environment.
- Confident and trustworthy; keen to earn the respect and trust of, and inspire, others. Independent and strong self-initiative to work creatively and analytically when solving problems.
- Experience with enforcing ITIL practices
- Relevant certifications in cloud, security, Six Sigma or BCP is a plus.
- Handson experience on IT Infrastructure Operation management
- Familiarity with security and compliance tools and technologies.
- Strong project management skills.
