Responsibilities

• Analyse hotel investment opportunities and conduct market research and feasibility studies

Develop investment proposals and financial models, evaluating ROI and IRR

• Perform due diligence assessments on target hotels' operations, financial performance, and market positioning
• Monitor performance of existing hotel investment portfolio and conduct regular asset valuations

Requirements

• Familiar with hotel industry operations and market dynamics
• Proficient in financial modeling and investment analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
