Responsibilities & Accountabilities- Organize and prepare meetings with Japanese partners or clients, including taking meeting minutes;
- Arrange travel and handle related materials, such as hotel bookings in Japan;
- Communicate effectively with Japanese suppliers and vendors, follow up on project progress, and resolve issues promptly;
- Manage documents such as contracts and filings efficiently;
- Assist with industrial and commercial registration, changes, and annual inspections of the Hong Kong company to ensure compliance;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and etiquette; experience working in Japan is preferred;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, familiar with meeting organization, document management, and business travel arrangements;
- Strong attention to detail and work process control;
- Responsible, organized, proactive problem solver, able to complete tasks on time;
