Role Summary
- Seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive growth in the freight forwarding division
- This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities
- Primary focus is on generating qualified sales leads through social media and digital marketing platforms
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with overseas agents and international clients
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Generate qualified sales leads through targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Manage and optimize company presence across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within freight forwarding or logistics
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media management for lead generation
- Strong experience in managing relationships with overseas agents and international clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and social media platforms
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally as required

Job ResponsibilitiesAs our Digital Marketing / Digital Content Specialist, you will:
- Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions
- Implement SEO/LLMEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin
- Create and appear in video content to promote and market our services across different platforms (candidates must be comfortable to appear in our marketing materials)
- Expand the reach of services by identifying and collaborating with micro-influencers and running targeted ads
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all online advertising activities
- Conduct campaign analysis using Google Analytics and other online tracking tools
- Improve the SEO performance and content quality of the company website
- Write and publish weekly blog articles aligned with company branding and services
- Design visual materials for social media using Canva or similar tools, and support ad-hoc marketing initiatives as required
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the director related to marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, with focus on SEM, SEO/LLMEO, and social media content creation
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Canva or other design tools
- Immediate availability preferred
